We want to get to know you – so it might be helpful to have the following information on-hand when filling out the application form:

Do I need an account to apply for a job?

Yes, but creating one is quick and easy. To apply for a job, you will be asked to sign in or create an account in order to apply. This can be done directly on the job listing.

I forgot my password and cannot log in. What do I do?

Click the link below to reset your password. You may need to check your junk or spam folder for the password reset email.

What is the status of my application?

United Helpers will send you emails and/or text messages with updates and comments about the status of your application. You are also welcome to contact us directly by filling out the form below.

I've completed and submitted my application. What's next?

Our recruitment team receives and reviews dozens of applications daily. This process can take up to 2-3 weeks, depending upon the position. But keep an eye out for an email, call, or text message!

Should I submit an application for each position that I am interested in or just apply once?

Please complete and submit one application only. If you are interested in applying for multiple positions, please indicate the positions you would like to apply for on the application.

How long will my application be on file?

Applications remain active for a period of 90 days.

I've applied for multiple positions, but I haven't heard back?

We try to do our best to respond to applicants. Due to the volume of applications we receive, we are not always able to respond individually to each applicant. Candidates who appear to be a strong match for a position are contacted via telephone, email, or text message. Note: keep an eye out for missed emails that may have been sent to your junk or spam folder!

Should I hand-deliver or mail my application?

To provide you with the best possible experience, all applications should be submitted on this website.

I applied but did not receive a confirmation message. What do I do?

I think I missed a call from a United Helpers recruiter. What do I do?
